A friend has given me a Rhode Gear Limo child seat. I want to fit it to my Marin San Rafael bike but first I have to buy a rack - will any rack do? Can anyone talk me through how to fit it? Its probably pretty straight forward but there is a black plastic strap thing on the underside which only seems to be connected at one end and its not clear what it is for. Thanks
