Hi every one just got a pair of the new specialized defroster shoes and i can say they are very very good ! Been out in the wet 3 times now and no wet feet.So if you want a pair of light weight waterproof shoes go out and get a pair ! 

Hi Richard, Can I ask how you find the sizing of these.  I have tried the Northwave and the Shimano winter boots and even if I go up a size they are just to narrow for my wide feet.  It does not look like any of my local bike shops have these so may have to order off the web.  Did you need to go up a size or was your normal shoe size okay?  Thanks.

Cheers Richard,  I now have a pair of defosters to keep my wide feet cosy.  I ended doing 2 sizes over as I saw on another website they were a little on the small side.  They have been fine round the house.  I will get them out for a real test at the weekend.
