Does anyone have any history on these bars - i can find any on the web. Are they XC or DH - why aren't they made anymore etc?

got a pair dirt cheap and love em - would just like to know a little more about em (impulse purchase, my bad...).

I've had one for a couple of years and really like it.

However I'm thinking of changing it. I know it's strong (lifetime warranty etc) but I'm just beginning to get a bit worried about mine. I've given them loads of stick including rzine, Megavalanche and loads of crashes in the Peaks. One big one sent the bike tumbling end over end down Stanage Causeway. This last one put various deep scratches in it. As far as I can tell they're all in the cosmetic layer but I just think I'd be happier changing it.

I'd happily change it for another the same though so if you know anyone selling them cheap, please let me know.
