Unfortunatley my Electron battery seems to have packed up last night having worked fine for nearly a year. When I put it on charge there's a click & the red charging light comes on, the battery gets hot but doesn't charge at all. I've got the later version with the cut off so I shouldn't be able to overcharge it. has anyone any ideas of how to check if it's a dud battery or soemthing else. many thanks, Ian
Having got mine for Xmas, the battery was ok for a couple of months, needing charging once a fortnight(used daily for commuting). The the same symptons as above. The lights, tested with a seperate power source are fine.
Anyone know how I can contact Electron/Madison as I have no idea where my wife got the lights from, & I am sure it is a battery fault?
I bought the version without the cut out cheap off Wiggle, it f****** up after a few weeks, it was my fault because I forgot about the 'warning' the unit came with.
The lights now lie in the ' crap i bought cheaply' draw with the rest of the shite
