I'm about to buy a new bike, I'm totally biased towards Trek as I loved my old Fuel.

However, I was looking at getting a fuel EX then I saw a Trek remedy.

 Both bikes are very similarly specced and priced

So, which do I go for? the EX with its 4 to 5 inch of travel or the remedy with its 6 inches.

I ride mainly at glentress and kielder with the odd outing in the lakes.

I'm 15stone too.

Can anyone offer me any advice
