I had some amber walls on the tyres on my raleigh lizard. I am loving the idea of a blast from the past, but can't justify another pair of tyres in the garage.

I have no fond memories of Darts, not the 2.1 anyway - fast, loose corners were slipgripslipgripslipgrippaaarrrrrp. The 2.2 SC was a lot better. Smokes ruled, though

I've still got a Dart in the roof which is the safest place for it given that the rubber has gone very hard. The Smoke was great, just like the Velociraptor rear. I still use the Velociraptor rear on the tandem where the paddle design works really well up loose climbs. fizzbikes.com have the 2.1s in both steel and folding in stock.

As soon as they bring out a nice, light 2.1 or 2.2 Smoke/Dart combo I'll be ringing up my LBS.
