chain pain
8sp 1/2"x3/32"

I have a Rohloff speedhub and after 2 years hard use it is time to change the chain and sprockets. No probs with sprockets but the chain specs require a 8sp 1/2"x3/32" and no other. Can I find these particular specs mentioned in the usual on-line bike shops?....er no! The Rohloff specs sheet mentions that 1/2"x1/8" chains are compatible, but then states that these thicker chains might not fit through the tensioner (its a retro-fit speedhub). DOH!

So my question is this - which 8sp chain fits? And, how is this descibed in the usual on-line bike shops (eg. Wiggle). PS. I want a mid range quality chain.

Thanks in advance

WOW, you can buy Gucci and Prada bike chains? The name Xiao Yang sounds foriegn to me although I'm not entirely sure. It must mean 'seller of fine bike chains with strange names' 'cos I have no idea why the hell I would be interested in fashion when my question was about bike chain sizes. At the risk of being rude - get on yer bike and push off XY!
