I have a Giant XTC SX and I am replacing the forks next week, I also want to replace the headset as last time I looked at it it was full of grit and the rubber seal at the bottom had cracked. I cleaned it up, but I think I should replace it
I am not sure what size I need (1 1/8?) and what to go for. The one thats in is a Cane Creek integrated. I think I'll leave it to my LBS to fit it as I don't have the correct tools
Hmm, that Hope might be worth a consideration when my Orbit gives up (no signs yet). It's a tad pricey, but how deep are the cups, anyone know offhand? I can't find any tech data on their website even though they indicate something should be there..
