What is your opinion on the Cape Wrath D27 '08 model? The 07 got a couple of good reviews and I wonder how the 08 compares on paper, and off the road, if anyone has one.
I've never ridden one but did have a Claud Butler years ago that was OK, nowt special though really.
However for £500ish I'd rather have a Specialized Hardrock / Rockhopper, GT Avalanche, Giant XTC (or even look at Halford's Carrera range, good bikes..)
