I am considering replacing my GT Avalanche 1.0 2003 frame, with a On-one Not sliding dropout. As I am too tight to buy lots of new stuff I would like to transfer as much as possible. Is there anywhere I can get a the sizes for the seat post, bottom bracket etc. on the GT? I have tried the GT website but cannot find anything
you want to know the shell width of teh Botom bracket it'll be either 68 or 73 mm
as for the mech the band diameter is usually stamped on the mech itself if not you want a set of calipers to measure it also you need to know if its a top or bottom pull (my avalanche is a top pull)
