Have tried in the past with some US shops for climbing gear, mostly clothing but a lot wont ship to the UK

Jensons are not allowed by FOX to ship forks to the UK nor do SPECIALIZED [to name but one bike manufacturer] allow shipping to UK

A way around it is to use these people I've not tried it myself but I'm getting more and more tempted with $2 to the pound. 

My sister is going to New York next week, so im thinking of getting Jensons to ship to her hotel. Only worry is if the delivery is delayed or something goes wrong, then i wont be able to get the goods

I've just received a bill from HM Customs via Fedex for the duty and Vat

£52 so overall forks were just under £300 which is a saving of £150 or the cost of a new On -One frame
