I would just get some standard butyl inners to suit your tyre diameter. When I run 1.3" slicks on my bike I just use 'narrower' tubes - designed for 1.25-1.5" tyres. The wall thickness is the same, hence the puncture resistance is the same, but they will weigh slightly less than tubes for 2.1" tyres.
I'm not familiar with the tyres you suggest, but if they have puncture protection then the thickness of the inner tube is probably a bit less important anyway.
