Trying to find a new 18in one..  anyone see one?

They stopped making the 18in last year and I'm not convinced the 17 will give me enough seat tube.

I'm interested in one of these but what size is best for me ??

I'm 5' 10" and want something I could ride all day ?? and they only have Small 15" and Large 17" is this just a Freeride/stunt frame or one that could be ridden all day comfortably ??

The 15" seems way too small but the 17" top tube seems long?? to me anyway.

Or should i be looking at something else ??????

Thing is, people keep talking about suc and such having a long top tube..  on-ones are long blah blah Konas are long blah blah..

But the top tube on my 19in Gary Fisher is 24 actual (not virtual).  Now that's long!  Yet it has never ever felt wrong.

Would the 17in frame be too small for a 6ft person?  Would the Pike fork make a good partner with the frame?

I have a large  mr. hyde. I find it all day comfortable and I'm 6'-1".

The only small glitch is the std. seat post is at it's max limit for my height.

I've  fitted a shimano alfine hub which works great, although I have only had it for a couple of months. Don't be put off by it only having 8 gears. I ride a lot on the south downs, and I've never regretted  fitting it or the lack of 27 gears.

Just make sure you use it on fast downhill section! it's mega!
