Looking at an Anthem X to replace my current XTC hardtail. 

Has anyone bought one?

What do you think, and has anyone tried one with a pair of Fox/Rockshox bolt through 120mm forks?

Apart from the fact that I can see the majority of 'decent' forks moving to bolt-thru in the future (a combination of easier stiffness and product liability), it means that I can run a bit more sag and have the benefit of a sorted front end that won't deflect.

When I took my XTC from 80mm to 100mm it certainly rode better as an all rounder, so curious whether the Anthem X would do the same with the extra 20mm.

I also see that Fox is selling the 100mm with a bolt-thru option this year.

Really good bike, in fact not a lot different to my carbon XTC.

Now looking at 120mm bikes...
