I sent my three year old Gravity Dropper post back to its makers in the US and they serviced it and sent it back for $20! I could have struggled with it myself but now it feels like new and it only took two weeks. Prices will rise when the company gets its new website online but until then I can recommend this to anyone whose lever is getting sticky.
