For those of you out there who like me are follickly challenged (bald), which helmet(s) do you find the most comfortable? The inside of mine is filled with do it yourself bits of thin sponge.

Thanks Klunk. Yes I wear too wear a Buff but only when it's cold. In the warm weather I like a bit of air around my bonce.

I use a Xen and give a squeeze every stop just to empty the bucket loads of sweat from it. Maybe I should start to collect it, either to see how much I shed in a ride or to flog it on ebay. There's a market for everything on there, from old sweaty trainers to belly button fluff.

Hi Cannock chase, See if you can have a word with your postman. If he rides a bike he will have been issued with a lid. With the lid comes a rain cover and a little skull cap thingy which I find works pretty well in cold and warm weather. And if he is like any of the posties I fix bikes for (I too am a postman) he won't wear the bloody thing even tho he's meant to!! So he might be willing to let you have the skullcap thingy
