a big thankyou for fixing my chicane glasses, even though they are discontinued. Sent them off on Tuesday morning and got the back today with a replacement right arm. Top service.

Better than Oakley. I need two new arms and they expect me to send the whole fuggin thin in for 'warranty assessment'.

They are 7 years old and certainly out of warranty. I just want new arms FFS.

there was no question of warranty, just emailed them asking if they could supply a replacement arm, fully expecting to have to pay for it, and they said send them in and they would try and fix them for me. The arm was actually a for a set of singletracks. Well chuffed.
