Lost my night vision windproof last week on the isle of wight.

Want to replace it with another one as it was a perfect windproof for winter, as I would be warm enough with a base layer underneath.

 I didn't want to get the night vision waterproof as I don't think it will be that warm in winter.

The one I had is this one:

I have also seen the new version:

The jacket I had was XXL size, as I have a 46" chest. The sizing guides showed this was about 47-48".

The new jacket sizing shows that xxl is 45-46".

Any idea how tight this will be?

How warm/windproof is the waterproof version.

I need a warm jacket that can be seen at night but looks ok during the day(which is why I go for the black one normally).
