An unexpectedly late night on friday combined with a silly mechanical issue  (make sure you seat your tires properly before inflating to 80 psi) meant I was kind of stuffed for an early start on Saturday.

I have recently purchased a shiny newish road bike and am hoping to come out with you at some stage. However next week is half term for us teachery type people and I was hoping to get out during the week, especially wed, thurs or friday as the kids are in nursery. Unfortuantly the people I usually road bike with are buggering off on holiday, so I am looking for company as i don't want to sit in cafes by myself!! Anyone got any time off??  Yoda you keep telling me your the boss so take a day off!!!

Aye,will be going through Otley on the way to cavendish,might throw in the Langbar climb on the way,or maybe cow and calf on the way home,or maybe not,depends on weather and time constraints and how crap I feel,or how inspired I get by team GB at the velodrome on Friday night!
