Hi Goaty, i can see from the thread that you've purchased the spot, nice one the new ones are sick - i also had a similar dilema and looked at a number or niche frames including both frames you mentioned inc Intense etc, - and i ended up going for a Santa Cruz Blur LT and man it rocks... climbs better than anything i've ridden and comes down quick enough for me - a great choice.
