Any thoughts on this offering by Santa Cruz , Seems quite a good deal , if your in the market for that kind of thing , Which my brother is , 3 happy years on a prophet - but fancys something a difrent .

An XT rear mech won't work with an X9 shifter (but I'd hope Santa Cruz know that)

I'd want a bigger fork than a Revelation on a Heckler.

Pike Rockshos Revelation??? So which one is it? I'm pretty sure they offer Pikes on their builds. This is a standard build that you can see on the Santa Cruz site. It's also how most of their demo bikes are set up as well (even the colour). The one I tested had a complete Sram drive train as well .

Where did you get the information from? I'm looking at a new bike and I've had a go on a demo Heckler. I may go back and "borrow" it for the weekend.

Its a mute point now as he,s decided to go for a COMMENCAL 5.5  2 .META .

  To be fair it was me ravin about the CRUZ , probably another case of me trying to spend other peoples money .
