Does anyone know where I can get a pair of down tube screw in adjusters for the gear cables on a Kenesis frame?

They are supposed to look like this:

However the only thing I can find is a non-screw in type (out of stock anyway) from Wiggle:

These Jagwire barrel adjusters look the part, but seem to be only sold by US vendors:

Edit: I emailed Kenesis UK support (just on the off chance) and they very kindly said that they'd put a pair in the post free of charge, I'm not used to customer service like that!
