Anyone have any recommendations on where to find (if exist)/what to replace the rubber on an XT derailluer.  It is an XT one from about 2003 which is working schmiko but the rubbers have perished, that is the little ribber that cover where the cable enters the derailleur, and the big ribber that covers the adjuster.

Any tips? I tried fashioning one up for a bit of old inner tube and bleed hose but no luck.
