The Framework docs can be located here (Consultation Brief - which appears to be slightly different to what was discussed at the actual Perth event) and here (Final Draft - again seems to cover a lot of the stuff that wasn't really being discussed in detail - everything in there was being discussed but there were a few things that seemed to be getting mentioned over and over and they seem to be getting very little mention in the final draft) (both PDF format).

As usual, if you don't participate you don't really get the chance to complain when things do go bad, so please take some time to read it all and fill out the survey that they are doing.
