Very amusing, young Yoda!! Yes we did see you in practice, BTW. Damn shame about the weather and everything getting sacked, tho'

. MGO (son) had a couple of mates riding in the juniors who didn't even get a competitive run! Thank God for Goretex jackets and Dryline trousers!! It was just too dangerous in the end - saw riders overshooting the left hander out of the castle on wet cobbles just before the big sets of stairs and the table top. Funnily enough didn't see anyone stack it on those stairs in the evening.

I saw you Yoda, I was talking to you at the bottom of the castle when we were delayed for first runs, Glasgow rider, blue Sunday. I managed to get a race run in, thank f*ck I wore a headtorch, that section between the two switchbacks was pitch black

Not a bad weekend, shame some folk only managed a few runs.

Jimmy - 'twas great fun, indeed. MGO got well fired up for competing with loads of 'That was a crap line', 'Huh, I'd have.....', 'Pump it for Gods sake!', 'Cool, sick guy,sick guy' etc,etc. That switchback at the wall after the little upward bit - did you stay on the path or go round the bin/bench on the grass?

I can see you travelling the UK and being his pit-bitch within a year or two, no hotpants please.

I just skidded round into both those switchbacks with a big push off again. Didn't do too badly in seeding (for me) 22/68. I think I lost a bit in my race run tho' the gear cable slipped and I only had top gear for the uphill muddy steps bit, I was barely moving at the top of it. Not seen the full list of times up yet, but.....

Oh, BTW, FGO2 thought the whole day was awesome! She really enjoyed it and wants to come along to any races MGO and I go to. This came as a big surprise to me and MGO as normally she falls asleep at the mere mention of bi....................................kzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
