ruggerbugger - you base it on the fact he is suspended and being prosecuted.  So not on any actual facts then????  He is suspended and being prosecuted because thats probably procedure regardless of the facts.

Not dissagreeing with that Nobby.  My issue is that we are all so gullable to believe everything we are told/read before we actually have any facts.

At the moment all we know is that 2 dogs died in a motor whilst their handler was not present.  The RSPCA have no choice but to prosecute due to the press coverage (Imagine the uproar if they didnt even though there have been no published facts on the case.  I googled it earlier and found nothing) and the guy has been suspended (Imagine the uproar if he wasnt).

Once i know the facts i will comment on what should be done with the guys testicles. 

If indeed he is shown to be a complete beep beep beepity beep can we put his balls on the same platter as the beepity beeps who lost the file of the pensioner rapist who now gets away with his 2nd rape.

All much of a muchness but the telling one is the Notts Police statement that the officer has now been suspended as opposed to being on leave.

We'll have to see how 'publicly' this case will be handled.
