If they don't play ball and supply you then maybe finding your nearest foundry and speaking to their metallurgist may be a better option, as well as giving you some free advice you may get lucky and obtain what you need free of charge too.
We used materials RBG which is quite damp and RAM85 which is not so damp in pots which held the molten metal nicely at temperatures of 1450 degrees.The RAM was the main liner and this was stuck on to a special wool in the pot,the wool was glued in the pot and RAM85 stuck nicely to it rather than just bare metal, the RBG was used to form the spout.I'd suggest looking at your tin, that the RBG would be easier to work with,RAM85 is a thick material and not very pliable unlike the RBG so you may have trouble moulding it to a small container.
Just make sure you thoroughly dry out any humidity in the lining, they are supplied in a damp to wet condition as it makes them more easy to work with when moulding to the insides of a pot.
