Oh, and the thermometer at work read 44 degrees on Friday 13th which makes that the hotest day on record in November since records began. I think.

Where do you work......in a Pizza Restaurant?
As Billy suggests I now reside 'Down Under'. Not sure about the call centre reference but if it is true, my daily commute is going to be a toughie.
