I just got an Airborne Lucky Strike. I noticed that the bottle cage bolts had ti prep on them (otherwise known as anti-seize compound, or copper grease). My question is should the same stuff be used for an aluminium seatpost, or is normal grease OK?
Best go for the ti prep. When U ihad a ti frame that's what I used. Don't let your LBS talk you into buying their over-priced stuff though, simply go to a car spares shop (ie Halfords) and buy some copper grease - less money and just as good.
