My 8 year old is crazy about Top Gear. There's a show here in December. I was wondering if it's any good and if it would be suitable for children?

You're not normally one for trolling Starsky.

I wouldn't let my child anywhere near a fat, forty nine-year-old, chain-smoking hack with a habit of saying "cor" and "wow".

great value when I went in 03 but it was a bit cheaper then - worth it even for the exotica on display and the live show is mint. Your kid will love it!

Clarkson is all the worst aspects of British society personificated. Doesn't Ray Mears do a road show?

How about a line of plane trees with 1m trunks around the edge of Bruntingthorpe?

My 10 year old nephew thinks TG is great too, which gives you some idea of the mentality of folk that find it entertaining

I suggest signing yourself "Mr Ridcully" Mustrum given that all the guffawing rally jackets in the audience seem to be male. "Ridcully" may also be a little too exotic so I suggest something like Smith so as not to provoke a xenophobic reaction. If you have relatives with an address in Essex get the tickets sent there.
