Wheels. Disc or no Disc??

Decisions Decisions.

Have just set up my bike ready for the winter. At the moment i have v brakes set up on a cheap set of 10 year old wheels.

Is it worth me getting a new set of wheels w/o disc and keeping with the new v brakes or a set of new wheels that are compatible for discs and upgrading to disc brakes when i get some more money together.

Need a cheap but long lasting solution??

You won't pay much more for disc hubs vs non-disc ones, so unless you're a weight obsessive go disc.

Best getting new wheels with disc hubs on, if in the future you acquire disc brakes there's no extra expense or grief incurred on re-building new wheels to take them.

Once you've used disc brakes you wont touch Vs again.
