Or that's what I was told when I tried to make a claim for a back injury that was caused in a car crash, the problem was it took more time than that for the problem to be recognised as caused by the accident by the doc's.
That's the problem, that it's seem to be free so people take the piss. You get charged for missing an appointment and watch people turn up like they should do (30%+ of out patient appointments are missed).
