I've managed to strip the thread on one of these - don't ask - and Pace no longer produce them or have any in stock.

If there's anyone out there who has one that they don't need I'll happily give you some dosh for it. Don't think there's enough spare metal to helicoil, so the only other option would be to weld up and redrill and tap.

Cool, that would be great, save my life, sanity etc. Shame they don't fit a steel insert or something as the threads are dead fragile.

The Pace clamps that is, they never seem to stay in the right place once you've tightened them...
