Was going to go up Innerleithen around the Caersws dates so doubt i'll be free for that but its amazing, so steep and rooty, its a propper downhill track!

Nah Dean, just a wisdom tooth wedged in my jaw... they hacked away some bone to get to it so I look Like I've broken my jaw ! its going down a good bit now.

use a shimano 1 and pack the inner tube out with a few bolts or something,  then put the bolt back on to give leverage to the the other side,  easy peasy!!

a stack of 5p's or something,  like 40 of them or something might work to.
