No worries, had a bit of a poop day anyhow, swmbo decided it WOULD be a family day. despite the weather deing iffy.
When we got there the parking was a nightmare eventually managed to find a spot on the hillside that I could get out of.......saw a Subaru get stuck but the trusty Nissan pulled through (guess years of rally spectating helps!), the pit and paddock area were under about 4inches of mud, Junior would have drowned in it and it was totally not buggy friendly - ok I know it was in a field but not a bog!!! The racing was over an hour late going off....when they started using tractors to move other vehicles around we decided to leave having not seen a single race run
Yup, was for us! TBH with a bit more organisation with car park marshalls and some bark chippings on the major paths it would have been ok, but it costs money they don't have. I have a plan to bring more cash in but am not sure its viable given the location of some of the venues.
