I need to find some cheap but decent forks for my 12year olds bike -general xc, the frames old so can't takeanything tall, manitou black 100 comps were ok but didn't move -he's only about 5stone and soft springs don't exist for the 2003 model anymore(here or the states!)
any suggestions welcome -any light riders using marzocchi mx pros? do I need rhockshox air forks?
hmmm. Five stone really isn't a lot when you consider most forks are designed around a range of adult weights etc. Have you looked at the marzocchi MX range of air sprung forks? Not too expensive and decent forks- an air spring is definately the way to go as you can simply add more air as junior grows. . .
