Prolapsed Disc, causing pressure onto the sciatic nerve, upto 6 weeks of pain when stood. Grr, 2 weeks in and very bored now.

Yes thinking of doing that, just a bit bothered about stamina, is it about a 10 hour ride 10k an hour or is it a lot faster then that if it's not that muddy or rocky etc,
