I'm doing a night ride out from the QE tonite that could include "widowmaker"

The forest that it drops into has miles of "secret" singletrack if anyone is interested.

Ussual bunch Havnt charged their lights/havnt got lights so I am giving up with them coz it will be summer again before they sort their lives out!

Unfortunately I can't make it this week but if you are around next week I'd love to come along.

(i work for a v strict employer and can only access websites before 8am 1pm - 1.30pm and after 4.30pm, so if you post and I don't re[ply its not because i'm ignoring you.)

PS I know the woods you mean as I often descend the wm on a quick loop out of QE when i am short of time.

i race at surey hills, where abouts is this descent, i'd like to get a look at it.

Charlie - I think I know where the Pipe is - rode a load of tracks around Wimbledon Common near the Golf greens etc - not sure now legit most of them are but they are pretty good (considering its in London). Would imagine a lot of it is a mud slide at the moment though (Went up there last weekend and even the regular trails were quite hard work).
