 If anyone is interested, Ive been doing a regular Wednesday morning ride from Rawdon to the Cav Pav setting off at 9. If you fancy coming a long then let me know and we can hook up on the way if you cant get to Rawdon for 9.

XC - it will be fairly steady as I'm recovering from a chest infection (not to mentention been old & fat) - looking at about 2 1/2 hours Calverley cutting (hope this works)

Its actually the top end of the Cutting - just down the road (towards Greengates) from the New Inn in Calverley its self

Wow, had to dig to find this again! me and a mate are riding in the lakes on Saturday.Getting into Coniston for 11 o'clock. Social pace but not slow or pootling.Should be bout 15+mph average. Gingerflash?, Gringerd? C forrester (does he still exist? )anyone fancy this? There will be hills and a cafe stop.
