Hi, im interested in buying a road racing bike for winter training. im looking at the specialized allez. the problem i have is im unsure of the frame size i need. im 5ft 8inches and weigh 11.5 stone. can anyone advise me on the correct size of frame that would be ideal.
Go to a shop and get sized up by someone who knows what they're doing Simon. If only for your first roadie. Just so you know, you're height and inside leg would be more relevant than your height and weight, but you can't beat getting a good fitting.
