I can find a map of the trail for the Marin, but not for Penmachno. Has anyone ever seen one and can it be found on the internet? I've had a trawl but lots of websites don't even seem to know of this fabulous trails existence!

I'm getting the girl into riding and the full trail is a bit beyond her stamina, I could do with an idea on how to chop it in half - but retain that awesome final decent.
