Round The Wight Ride - how hard?

 Just signed up for the british heart foundation ride in september and decided to to the 70 mile course which follows the round the wight route. Having never ridden on the IOW before, just want some feedback and tips from anyone who's ridden it before.

What mix of on/off road is it?

How easy/hard a course is it and how long does it take?

Any other tips?
