I was having a gander through this months MBR when i noticed in the letters section that somone emailed in with a route in Cardiff. The route starts 5 minutes from my house so is perfect.

This is a link to the map they put in. I can follow the first section easily as it's where i ride on a daily basis but i was wondering if there is anyway i can transfer this map to my tracklogs so i can see which paths it runs on. I've always tried to make a ride incorparating the trails on the right hand side of the map in Rudry but i always find the trail goes cold and i end up doing alot of pushing and tracking back on myself which isn't fun, so would love to try this ride.
