 Might be silly idea, but why not move the Bm autumn ride to coed y brenninn and enter the Dualathon, as a team, raise some money and have a good day in wales.

 Sounds good. Duathlons are hard, the second run always feels like someone's had your legs off at the knee :-/

 Accomodation 5 miles away (self catering) for £12.50 for a bunk for the night. I may have have some of these available after I have sorted out all the marshals staying. Usually we end up with a room with 8 bunks available the night before.

 Can't believe i didn't latch onto the 31st of September thing. Can i blame the tiredness of the 4 hour ride in torrential rain? It did kill me off yesterday to be fair. Wales is officially a wash out. Flood warning on the Taff.
