Hi there guys, I'm new to Bikemagic so HELLO!!! I am in need of some riding buddies from the Waterlooville/Horndean area of Hampshire, or even elsewhere if poss to to some group rides up QE or south downs way. I moved to Hampshire from london about 3 and a half years ago and I never found anybody who shares an interest in riding as much as me. I work in a bike shop in Fareham but as we all work together and the shop is open 7 days a week, we can never all go out together. Just wondering if anybody was interested in making a new friend I.E Me (!) and wanted to go out thrashing it about on bikes. It would be great to meet like minded people and to be honest some new friends as I don't know many people down here!! I have my family (MRS and 2 children) and my workmates and that is about it!! Just a bit of background on myself, I used to race downhill but due to injury I now enjoy epic riding and even a bit of enduro on my Cannondale HT. Let me know if your interested

Hi Chris, I'm 32 and ride XC. Just got back into riding after a few years doing other things. I live in Surrey but near the Hants border and work as a Ranger for Hants CC. I usually ride the North Downs in Surrey (Newlands Corner, Blackheath etc) and often have a blast along the Basingstoke Canal. All my mates are into drinking, VW's, more drinking, playing in bands and are generally a lazy bunch so I too would like to make some bike buddies. If you're interested reply via the message a member service and maybe we can meet up & see if we get along! I ride an upgraded XTC SX.

Chris, you could hook up with the http://www.tunnelhilltrolls.co.uk/, based in NE Hampshire they are perhaps a bit out of your way but maybe would be worth considering for the the longer summer time mid week and weekend rides.

Chris,  Have a look over on MTB South forum.  It's was set-up by the guys who are building/maintaining the trails at QE Park, so there'll be local riders to you.
