Not working n.week as it's my 30th birthday.

Anyway, I'm in the Lakes all week but haven't got any friends for tuesday and wednesday.. was planning to ride TNF trail (Grizedale forest) mixed up with some bridleways around there on the wednesday.. not sure about the tuesday - anything s.lakes that will take a good 6hrs with lots of downhill..

Partners would be greatly appreciated!
