Looks like no ride was organised.  Went over the wyre on 27th, conditions were bad, but the best i have seen over there in 3 months.

Riding over clent tonight, starting from the top of Adams hill at 7:30, hope to find some unspoilt snow patches to wash out on!

Dylan has agreed to come, as has Midget (SP) gonna ride for about 1.5hours ish, then if still got energy gonna play on the downhill section a bit! Join us if, anyone feels upto bareing the cold!

Chris

Chris, I was over there last night, did Clent, Hagley side, Clent then Walton. Ace fun!! However, word of warning, if you  normally park @ the top of Clent, ( Up St kenlets Pass)  be warned, it's icey as feck I couldn't get up there yesterday afternoon.  We  parked  200 yards past the Vine pub on the right hand side.
oh yeah -9 last night ....

Colder tonight,  I was wondering if that road would be useable or not,  can barely get up my road and it's not as steep as that.

See you 7ish Chris,  expect bad performance my cold's kicking in again   but hey chance of  un spoilt snow

Good ride tonight wasn't it,  considering it was -3c in Kiddy it didn't feel that cold on the tops of Clent.

Was good, nice to test the lights out properly.

Was strange getting back in the car, the lights on my car seemed really weak and i kept checking they were on.  Due to the fact our light seemed brighter due to the snow!

Putting both sets on full side by side was somewhere in the regoin of 4000 lumens.  Brighter than a car on full beam!!

They don't seem that great to me still,  our eyes just adapt to more light sadly then still want MORE.

Anyone riding with less light than us will really struggle though

Hey Chris,  it's actually snowing today   then I realise a  long drive up bad roads doh!!

I hardly used my P7 really! i love the Tr-C2 its such a wide flood! I have put a nut with a o-ring round it in the bottom now to stop it rattling through the modes! Magnet makes it wine so bad, couldn't put up with that!

Its more than enough light now! Seems to make it too easy to ride at night now!

Will try and get out another night this week if possible!

TR-C2 was fading towards the end but it was on for the entire ride but it did alot of work on malvern on the same battery so 2hours EASY which is nice.

Not time for me rest of the week sadly.
