"bikes shouldn't be on the road - they don't pay road tax"
Roads are maintained by the local county council I believe, which is paid for by Council Tax amongst others. Road tax is actually vechile excise duty, i.e the right to drive on the road. I'm sure this used to be the case, although I'll stand corrected if not.
Although telling the thick t**ts that, may not be that be helpful mind.
'Hippy' was strangest said to me - to be fair I did have long hair - but he got the bird flipped right in his face anway.
