Billinge Ride out

Anybody live near Billinge and fancy a 4 hour ride out from there taking in Billinge Hill, Ashurst Beacon and Parbold Hill with hardly any road work give me a shout.  These are 2 vids to prove it is quiet a good route

I'm glad to see you didn't make it all the way to the top of Billinge Hill, that top ramp always catches me out. I think I've only bagged it twice

I live in Chester, but occaisionally take bike on train to Ormskirk to ride round area, how far is Billinge from Ormskirk? may be interested, let me know please.

Ormskirk to Billinge is about 10 miles on busy country roads

The ride circles around near Ormskirk so could meet up it would just be a different starting point.

So we could sort something no worries

I tend to ride around to the bottom of the "path" before riding to the top nowadays but I'll blame that on the single speed.

I'll have another go with gears when the club rides there again on Feb 12th.
