Done adventure races through it. If I remember correctly the trails are not realy technical more like blue style although quite hard phisicaly as it's not flat.
Done a couple of rides round there - mainly Fire road & non-techy stuff. Cracking views on a nice day but the track up to very top & the source of the severn is footpath only unfortunately
